Campaigns & Petitions - Your opportunity take part!

The aim of this page is to bring to your attention campaigns that you may wish to sign upto.  It seems nowadays you need to petition and collect names if change is to be implemented.  Our first campaign was to provide a link to register interest for high speed broadband.  So take a look at the list, or maybe you know of a campaign that we should provide a link to?  Let us know.


Dog Fouling (28 March 2014)

Now for a rather constant campaign......The topic of dog waste fouling has once again been raised at Village Hall Committee meeting and has been presented to Ruardean Parish Council for support and action to overcome the problem.We are all well aware of the disease/medical implications of dog faeces coming into contact with humans and the very disturbing ailments and diseases it can cause. The most vulnerable members of our community are young children, due to their weaker immune systems.  Mums to be are also at greater risk.  Read more here:  Dog_Fouling_Information_and_the_Facts.doc.
